How long will it take to get my order?
Most orders require a 10-day turnaround time, but we'll provide you with a delivery date upon confirming your order. That's why it's important to let us know exactly when your "in hands" date or awards banquet is…so we can ensure your order is completed on time. We contact you to let you know when your order is ready and work with you to arrange a pick-up or delivery details.

How much does engraving cost?
At Pacific Northwest Engraving there is no additional cost for engraving on trophies or plaques. The engraving will be included in the price quoted for your trophies. For medals there is an additional charge of 99 cents per medal.

How do I place my order?
We make it easy for you. You can email, fax or phone your order. Fax us 24-hours a day at 253-639-0075 or call us 253-639-0075 Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm Pacific Time. Of course, the most convenient way is to order by email. Just contact us with the details of your order and we'll get started.

What type of trophies do you carry?
We specialize in sports, team and academic trophies, and carry a large in-stock inventory. If we don't have what you need on hand, we can get just what you're looking for in a few days. We would need to special order the parts to make the trophies, which would take 3-4 days. Once we get the parts in stock, we make your trophies and contact you within our usual turn-around time.

What if I don't like my products?
We want you to be pleased with the products, and we will do whatever it takes to make you happy. If you are not happy with your items we will gladly exchange them for another trophy or award in our selection and either refund or charge you the difference. If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. A refund will be issued, less a small restocking fee. All returns and exchanges must take place within 30 days of receipt of your order

How big are the trophies?
The height of the trophy includes the base, column, and the figurine. The sizes for each trophy are based on the size of the figurine. An average figurine has a height of 5". Some, such as basketball, are taller, while others, such as academic are shorter. We will confirm your specific item sizes when we complete order.
